Here at W and G's we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after you receive your item, to request a return.
For your items to be accepted for a return, it must be in the condition it was sent out in, all original packaging and seals.

To begin a returns process, please email Admin@wandgctg.co.uk including the reason for return, and we will look into the matter as soon as possible. If your return is accepted we will send you a shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your return's item too.

For refunds, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item, and if the item is able to be refunded or not. If accepted you'll be refunded to the original payment method. This may take some time to process.
